How do you do that?
It should take you to an entire new page asking for payment information (which should be automatically saved from prior year) and also state bunch of terms and show $19.99/year in green?
It'll also say today's total $0.00 and you'll be charged the $19.99 on your renewal date
when I enter the code into the box I get this error: "This promo code isn't valid for your plan."
NO. FWIW I went to renew and put in code ... and it wouldn't let me BECAUSE it ALREADY HAD OFFERED ME a one year $19.99 renew offer on that page and it seems to have renewed it just fine. ALTHOUGH I note I was set to have it end Nov. 17 - must have been the offer date last year - and I think it will NOW renew Nov. 3 so I probably lost 2 weeks doing this now ... BUT I HAVE IT NOW AND IT RENEWED WITH EMAIL CONFIRMATION.

How long had you been cancelled for? I say wait a few days, or at least 24 hours.
I had cancelled my plan days after I paid for the annual fee last year.
If it's still not working in a few days, either contact support or create an entirely new account before the promo expires.
