This doesn't just have MSG, it is pure MSG.
But there is zero link between MSG and cancer in humans (and the research on rats is speculative at best)

Hopefully no one is getting nutrition advice from SD forums, but this is just ridiculous, another common flavor enhancer, sugar, is more detrimental to your health.

"Has msg". That's literally the only thing it is. And it's oh so delicious. The whole saying it's bad for you thing that went on for ages (and still is) is rooted in racism.
