Haha, I already bought 4 of these.
By far the cheaper Lifepo4 ever. Less than .10 per wh.
Rated at 1920wh and I've tested 2 of them and got 1950wh.
Was going to post this but it seems I always get deleted everytime I post a deal.
These are not cranking batteries, they are designed to supply current at a somewhat steady rate. You would not want to use these type of batteries as your starting battery.
Description says 120A max continuous discharge x nominal 51.2v for your x4 series, so I come up with 6144w max output.

Working back from you numbers, it appears you might have been multiplying 12vx150ahx4 batteries to get that number and were referring to capacity?

In that case, multiply the 150ah x nominal 12.8v x 4 batteries for 7680w/h. Then multiply by inverter efficiency (check inverter, but 80% is conservative in most cases) to get usable capacity, which in this example would be 6144w/h

What's the benefit of the alternator charger vs just charging with 12v?

Ecoflow Alternator Charger allows you charge most Ecoflow power stations bi-directionally at up to 800watts. Much faster than what you can do using the 12v input.

It also allows you to use non Ecoflow batteries to add capacity to their power stations vs buying their expensive batteries

My thought was hook 4 in series, and get an EG4 6000 XP off grid 48 volt inverter. Someone mentioned eco-worthy does have a battery balance device as well. Not sure how well it works though
Im currently doing exactly that with the 280ah from last deal. Gonna put 2 of these in parallel for 12v system

The EcoFlow stuff is great... BUT their 800W Alternator Charger is $600. I used a $12 O-ring to XT60i cable to connect a battery like this one for expanded capacity. Yes, it's limited to about 180W, but at literally 2% of the cost.
Kinda like how two Delta 2 extra batteries are $1,400... while this is $168.

I recently got a Ecoflow Delta 2 + their extra battery ... thinking if I added this, I would take my total capacity from 2 KwH to 4 if my math is right? (would need the "O" to XT60i cable)

Is this good enough a deal to warrant buying even though I have a lot more research to do before I can use it? Recently had an extended power outage and I'm looks to bolster my backup power supply options. I have a nice Honda inverter generator but would rather do as much as I can with solar, some good batteries, and a suitable inverter. Would this be a good place to start?

If I series 4 of these, I will get 7200 watts output capable correct?
series adds total voltage together while keeping system capacity same as 1 battery
parallel adds capacity (AH, WH, etc) while keeping system voltage the same as 1 battery.

Nah, these 20a charger can be had for $60.I have a couple of them and one has been with me for 3 yrs.The 20a is really around 16a-17amps but they do work well.https://www.amazon.com/Battery-10...M&psc=1
This charger could take 10 hours to charge this battery. What about a 100a charger? For most applications the value isn't there yet. You can get something like an Ecoflow.

So stupid question, if I got this to use for my CPAP (I have a 300w inverter to use 120v, or could buy a 12 cable for better efficiency), could I use a 1.5 amp trickle charger I have (made for lithium batteries) to keep it charged?
Basically I would keep the trickle charger plugged in 24/7, and run off the battery every night for 5-7 hours a night. Lately we have had a lot of power flickers in the night and it resets my machine and wakes me up. I want something that will always be on regardless.
From what I have been able to find, my machine with heater on is like 20 amp hours a night, I rarely use my heater, so probably closer to 5 amp hours.
Would a 1.5 amp battery tender be able to keep this thing charged?
By my non battery smarts math, I would be putting in a max of 36 amps a day, while using 20 amps a night. Is that correct or is there more to it?

Or would I just be better served getting something like this RIver 2 for the same price (which from what I have read, can do 6-8 hours of non-heated cpap use?

I am in the process of getting a whole house manual generator backup (waiting on deliver of generator that is on backorder), so long term use is not a big issue.

EF Alternator charger has been listed here at SD multiple times at $189/199. I doubt anyone is buying it at $600. But even at $189/199 it's still not cheap but it's a solid piece of kit and has multiple uses.

Whether it's worth it depends on your use case. But having bi-directional charging, controllable charge rate, and all of the functions controllable thru the EF app makes it worth it to me. I can use it to draw power off my EV during outages as well as use it to add capacity to my power stations.

You can find lots of info and arguments about it on previous SD threads.
