I just bought 2 Herald Plus(es?), a white and a black.
The Austin is nice that it folds, but the 20" tires look a little goofy for a full size adult.

Sixteen states cap eBikes at a max power of 750W; these are; Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. Maryland has one of the strictest limits, at 500W.

But please don't take my word, or any other random source, for it, and look up your local laws yourself before buying a product that may not be legal in your area. Also note that there may be other local, trail, or specific park rules, so even if this is allowed in your state, it may not be where you are intending to ride it.
