I really like the look and features of the Bespoke with EPP the pricing is very tempting. But I've read about issues getting repair done. So I went to the website and pretended like I needed service on a fridge. In my area it showed 2 locations with my area which is in Southern California. It worries me that if there are only 2 contracted centers, since they could be very busy. Then we'd be left w long delays to get a repair. I called their support and they claim someone would call within 48 hr and come out for repair in another 48 hr. I'm just not sure that's true. Makes me hesitate to make the purchase. Anybody w experience getting Samung appliance repaired in warranty?

Yup. Made the mistake of buying a Samsung fridge from home depot on a house move. Was a good deal. But turned out bad shoulda listened to ppl here Have a local GE dealer close to home and that's all I buy now. The GE profile line is phenomenal.

I live to warn others off Samsung appliances unless you're selling your house and moving far enough away that the buyers can't find you for sticking them with Samsung appliances.

When you've gone a couple weeks without a fridge trying to navigate their warranty nonsense, you'll get it.

My fridge stopped working in 4 years 18 days and waiting for repairs I won't go with ss anymore. My Amana 10 years and 7 months still working great.

I came to the same conclusion. We had a Samsung with the ice maker in the door. Tons of problems. Luckily Samsung settled out with us. Ended up getting the 4 door model listed above. It is night and day different. The ice maker consistently works and it is way faster. Got a good deal through Costco.

How long does it stay in that +/- 4 range? Is it random or when you open the door?

Just bought it from the prior post, with the beverage center and full depth. Also was able to add another discount (e.g. veteran/first responder/educational/etc) and it reduced my price further. This is my first fridge in 15 years that wasn't the cheapest in the store and the difference is stunning. Love the design, roomy, convenient, cold, super happy with it.

After ordering i found out my friend had one of these Bespoke fridges for years and she just bought a 2nd one.

Looking at the reviews for all the fridge brands and they all are either glowing reviews or horror stories, so I feel like its a crap shoot no matter what manufacturer you use.

Ok with all the crazy discounts and tradeins I was able to get the three door 30 cubic feet for $880 which seems like a good deal. I wouldn't have done it but Ben from Ben's appliances on YouTube gave these a good review and I think not having the ice maker in the door is the key
