Home Depot hack deal on the seven piece M18 fuel set plus a 12.0 forge battery for $862.25 if you return the additional 8.0 forge battery for $166.75. The seven piece set is on sale at most places for $849 without the 12.0 forge battery, so an extra $13.25 for the 12.0 battery seems pretty slick given that these sets haven't sold for below $849 in quite some time.

I don't know why this is getting down voted with no supporting comments. This is a great deal. I bought it and immediately cancelled the bonus battery via chat. I'll sell the grinder and hex driver and be into it like $700 total. If I wanted, I could probably get $200 for the 12.0 forge and be into the rest for ~500. Lots of options here to customize if you're willing to sell some things on marketplace. It was out of stock for two days, but it's back up now as of this post.
