Can someone confirm: it's a 30-day expiration? The 1 GB plan shows it's only good for 7 days.
Here's a RedFlagDeals thread from last year for anyone who wants to read user experiences. Sounds like they may autocharge you after the data expires, so watch out.
Noob here, I don't understand the purpose for this deal. I have cell service and a reasonable monthly data cap. If I understand this correctly, by installing their app launcher on my cellphone they will give me 5 gig of data per month. Is that what this is all about?

yep, and people that only need data (because, for instance, maybe they have google voice or another data-based voip solution) can have entirely free phone service.

it's 5 gb of data.. oh and you switch to their ap launcher.
I added Niagara app icon to the home screen and just use that anyway.
So you will give up a little bit of real estate on your home screen also.

It does appear to be an international data eSIM, and they list the providers they use in each country here:

US providers include T-Mobile and AT&T.
2: can I get a physical SIM card?
I'm thinking about inserting the SIM card to some outdoor cellular camera, or gps tracker, which 5gb is enough for these applications.
Thank you
