Adjustable height on each side. It can get a decent amount taller than the pic. Also can create an even surface on uneven ground, stairs, etc.
The similar Gorilla product is $40 @ HD. What makes this Werner worth +$60? Aside from being ~+6" wider?

This should be under 100... I'm sure it's good but we got decent sized ladders going for 50 bucks just recently. Saw a 22 multiposition for 150 hete a week ago so 100 for this is... yeah.

I looked up the specs on the Werner, It adjusts from 20 inches to 30 inches. The Gorilla goes to about 20".
My home is predominately 8' walls so the extra 10" and the even/uneven thing is not worth the extra $60. If I was in any business that could use the linking feature and the extra height, I'd buy Smilie

FYI, Werner version was on clearance for $30 because a new version was coming out. Just get the gorilla version if you don't want to spend $100.

This is the best version, way better than the Gorilla one.

Pros over Gorilla:

Taller (I can just reach 10' walls for cutting in with a brush being 6' tall)
Sturdier (due to weight)
Easier to adjust (both in height and collapsing for storage)

Cons:

Carrying it around is a tad heavy

But yeah I'm part of the $30 crew. Thank goodness I found a few 😂

That may or may not be true depending on use case and other variables. I actually shy away from mine due to the weight and find myself almost always grabbing the lighter non adjustable version. Weight is a real issue and a negative on any job and it can be a deciding factor. Your positives are there and on occasion it is the better tool for a particular job but much more rarely than the non adjustable one. Having both I probably use the non adjustable 95% of the time. YMMV and your particular use cases should be considered but I would also consider the weight if you have any age on you.

This is a great deal. I own this platform and it's amazing. Being 5'7", I can use the extra reach that this provides. Being height adjustable really makes a difference - it can be raised from 20 to 30", the same height as desks and tables. I have several for my detailing business so I can reach the center roofline of some very tall SUVs. It also comes in handy at times to reach high spaces and outdoor minor repairs. Well worth the extra money over the non-height adjustable Werner or Gorilla. Or get both. Smilie
