I consider myself an expert on the Braided Solo Loop Apple Watch bands. I have purchased over two dozen of them, both Apple official ones and knock offs from Amazon and other places, over the past four years. Here's what you need to know.

The main benefit of this band is that you do not need to unclasp it to wear it and there is no need to resize it since you buy it in your size. I find it very comfortable to take it on and off because of this. I have owned Apple Watches for almost a decade and immediately switched to this type of band exclusively starting 4 years ago when they came out because of the comfort. The non-braided one isn't as comfortable and I find it gets sweaty and dirty too easily in comparison.

The knock off ones on Amazon are decent quality, the main difference is in the connectors. Most knock offs use plastic connectors and you can see the colored plastic where connects to the watch. It doesn't look as nice as the real thing. In the official Apple bands the woven portion band of the band is stretched at the ends so that you do not see any plastic, and the connectors are metal, but that metal is hidden inside the watch. I found a couple knock off brands on the Internet that had a similar design to Apple's, but the sizing wasn't right.

However, the most important thing that you need to know is that these bands stretch out permanently. I wear a size 6 band with a 45 mm watch. I have needed a new band approximately every 3 months because of how badly they stretch. The Apple models and the knock offs stretch equally in my experience. I only got Apple to replace one of them under warranty but I've read that the usually refuse to do it.

I have found that there are very few knockoffs left on Amazon because I think there were too many complaints about the stretching so they stopped making them in the original form. I have now found that most of the Amazon knock offs are no longer sized, but instead of a resizable loop that you can pull to tight. I find that's OK but not as elegant as the perfect size.

The other annoying thing is the way Apple discontinues colors. I prefer the Atlantic Blue color which they haven't made in a few years (and is not available in my size via this deal). I buy most of mine second hand open box.
Great deal, lots of sizes available.

Best to try on in person to find your size, however Apple has an online sizing guide that you can print out
