Quote from Xymox :
Do you think 3, bottom, intake fans would allow enough air intake into the case as the only source? I was thinking about that route. 3 intake fans on bottom, 3 exhaust fans at top, 1 top/rear exhaust fan, and running a 360 AIO out of the side of the case.

However, I'm concerned there isn't enough intake clearance/space at the bottom of this case for those 3 intake fans to properly push air into the case to keep thermals under control. Case will be sitting on a caddy, similar to your setup.
Why not keep the installed side fans and put the AIO radiator on the top? This is my rig in the Sky Two [imgur.com] and you can see the sides of the bottom are mesh like the Antec and with the reverse fan on the bottom blowing up into the GPU it keeps things cool. There's room for a 2nd fan, but with the PSU underneath that's not really supplying much air and the HDDs and cables are stuffed in. The Antec mounts the HDDs/SSDs on the back under the mobo so other than cables there's more air intake potential.

Heat rises so putting the radiator up top allows heat to have the shortest, easiest path out. With six fans sucking air in the side and bottom and four fans blowing out the top/back there should be plenty of flow especially since the only thing dumping hot air in the case is the GPU and with all the in and out flow I don't see it getting to warm inside. My studio is in the basement so ambient temps run 65-70F year-round.
