While this is very good price, it's matched at multiple locations.
Target, Best Buy and Macy's for example also have it on "sale" for this price, so get wherever works best for you

Could this be that Charge 7 is coming?

I would also expect a slight improvement of this discount on BF or sooner, given that, for example, price is currently lower at Sam's and the recent discount at Macy's

fitbit is trash, my sense 2 keeps crashing and never received the support that was promised. just buy one of them chinese branded watches, it's basically the same thing

This is the current price right now at multiple stores.

Bestbuy, kohls, target, Walmart, & QVC. This watch is just over a year old coming out in Oct 2023.

I was a Fitbit fan till a few years back. My entire family of 5 have at least 1 Fitbit each. I even brought their stock. They lost me when there Android app just will not sync. The battery die after 1 to 1.5 yrs. We all just gave up on them.

I hope they have at least fix the Android issue.

Same story here. Had a charge 3 and a charge 5, and both failed or broke just outside of warranty (13-14 months). Charge 3 was the battery (from days to minutes almost overnight), and 5 was the band connector on the main unit snapping off. Ripped bands at about 5 months and cracks in the screens without being subjected to impact: UV decay I guess?

Switched to an Amazfit GTS from a deal posted here a couple years ago and it's still kicking. IMO, Fitbit is just too expensive for no longer than they last.
