Honestly? When it was $1,400 I bought it. And it was the best $1,400 I've spent for the summer. I have a 5 year old and she rides it fine at smallest setting. Even at tallest she can reach. And I use it a lot as well. So much fun. I kind of want another one so we can do crazy stuff with it on the street we live on. You won't regret the purchase. It's just a hard pill to swallow. You'll have a blast! It's a year old and tires are still good just don't go drifting too much or take it on a rough street. I have about 300 miles on mine according to the app.
