Feedback from previous deals that included that say it's terrible service, often late, don't show up the scheduled day, or just can't do it right because the installers are local 3rd party guys that may not have a lot of experience.

If you want the install done right, either do it yourself or hire someone that has done a lot of TV mounting to know what they're doing.

Amex offers has 4% statement credit, too. I went that route and plan on selling the soundbar, hopefully, for $300+/- to get the price around $1600.

I can now see about why someone wrote earlier about the Handy mounting service being terrible. No communication, no answering of any my questions. They scheduled my install of the TV a day before delivery.

Picked up mine last night from the local Best Buy. Soundbar is coming in a separate shipment but that's ok. I'm curious what would happen if I don't pick up the soundbar or tried to return it through Best Buy? $719 refund?!? I may ask when I go to pick it up. The order receipt doesn't list the soundbar and TV as being discounted, a la Home Depot hack. The soundbar is full price with the entire discount applied at the end 🤷🏻 ♂️

Risk you run is from the below terms of the deal. Won't be instant but probably within 30 days you'd get a charge back to the method of payment for the full amount of the return. Deal would be beyond epic if you could knock off the entire price of the sound bar and keep the TV only.

Ordered 77C4 on 8th. Estimated Delivery said 16th for TV and 14th for soundbar. Receiving soundbar today 15th and got notification yesterday from RXO they are going to deliver TV on 16th. Scheduled Handy service for 17th.

The order goes through LG.com but gives you a BB******* (Best Buy) order number on the pickup is ready email and documents. The pick up confirmation email and documentation state that you can return product to Best Buy, directly.
