Feedback from previous deals that included that say it's terrible service, often late, don't show up the scheduled day, or just can't do it right because the installers are local 3rd party guys that may not have a lot of experience.

If you want the install done right, either do it yourself or hire someone that has done a lot of TV mounting to know what they're doing.

Nice deal - especially if you're getting a big one and are wall mounting. The wall mounting service is like secret gold. When it comes down to it, mounting a large heavy piece of glass on the wall by ourselves feels like an accident waiting to happen.

I was told any modifications to the order have to go through LG. When I called LG I was told no returns and once I pick up they can't cancel it.

I have the 2022 version S80QY(?) with the rear speakers and it is fantastic. Not much of a difference between mine and the newer version that comes in this deal from what I've read.

How long did it take to get the confirmation from BB for pickup? Mine was supposed to be available a few days ago and still no word from either LG or BB.

Good question. I reached out to Best Buy when I wasn't getting the pickup ready email after 3 hours (supposed to be ready within 2). They told me it was ready and to head to the store. I received the pickup ready while I was loading the TV. My soundbar email hasn't come through but it isn't supposed to be there until Monday. I'll likely contact Best Buy Monday afternoon.
