Feedback from previous deals that included that say it's terrible service, often late, don't show up the scheduled day, or just can't do it right because the installers are local 3rd party guys that may not have a lot of experience.

If you want the install done right, either do it yourself or hire someone that has done a lot of TV mounting to know what they're doing.

Ended up getting the 83 B4 after comparing it side by side with the 83 C4. The C4 is about 10% brighter.

I ended up getting the 83 B4 with the S90TR sound system for $2,249 out the door at my local Brandsmart who price matched.

Well, gang, I was able to pick up my soundbar from Best Buy to complete my purchase and spoke with the customer service manager about returning it. We gave it a try but, as I suspected, the system showed that it cost $0 so we voided that and I went on my way.

Did you get any emails from Handy? You have to use same email address which should be same one placed your order and then request password I think

I signed up for partner account, logged in successfully and put items in my cart. No matter what I do I get a percentage off the sound bar but can not get it for free. It even says FREE SOUNDBAR on the front page when I log in.
LG support told me to buy it, document the steps and file a claim. Not sure I want to do that on such a large item that would be a hassle to return.
