No way I'd bite on this, considering the thing launched at $500. It should have been $450, so by now the sale price really should be like $400.
RDNA4 and Blackwell are also around the corner... these deals are almost certainly going to go a lot lower in the next 1-2 months.

Dumping stock...should be at $400 max. The 8800XT coming out in Q1/2025 is expected to be 40% faster for $500.

This or zotac rtx 4070 in mc thread?
My main application is to push static content (browsers, ide, some video content, etc) to three 4k@60 and one 4k@120hz monitors.

I would guess everyone wants to dump stock. But that card is less numerous than others as far as I can tell. So it might be slightly to moderately harder to find

7800 XT's should be $400-450 now IMHO. They've barely budged from the original MSRP; overpriced for two year old tech.
