Seeing as it cannot be combined with any other coupon, it's basically a $20 off $50 coupon, and not a $20 GC equivalent.

It's the equivalent of getting $10 off $50+, twice. Thats 20% off. AND Must be used by 12/24.

I prefer to get/use a 15/60 (25% off), or a Tech Recycle $10/30 (33% off) coupon.

I don't know if it's at every Staples store, but $15 off $60 was at one time replaced by points (not money off), and last time all I got was $5 of $25. I think that Staples is converting all dollars off coupons to points coupons, except maybe the recycling one. Still OK if you shop a lot at Staples.

When this occurred in August 2024, I was able to complete an in store kiosk order with the following coupons:
15 off 60 online (6950)
15 off 60 online (1318)
20 promo card in store only (1869)
10 off 50 coupon in store only (2645)¡+

I'm not sure what you did differently, but I don't see why it would fail barring a cashier stopping you.

Wait, so you were able to STACK all those coupons, in one order? What was the order total?
I am unware that you can stack multiple 15/60 coupons in one $60 order.

At the end it says not valid on a few items including gift cards. This is a coupon and more likely they would not process the $20 promo card if coupon is attached to a gift card purchase.
