Not the exact same model but I just got the 45GR95QE-B from BB a month ago for $370 open box excellent condition and absolutely loving the monitor for PC gaming

Crazy is this isn't 5440x1440. How far can you really stretch 3440 horizontally? I have a 3840x1600p 39" and it's about as dense as it needs to be for that size.

I agree it looks better than the samsung, but the samsung looks pretty good in its own right, is 4 inches larger, and can be found on sale for $300 or more less than this. Add a 3-4 year warranty plan on the samsung and you're golden.

only if he wants a MUCH worse monitor. 5ms response time to .03ms, oled vs ips, and 72hz refresh rate compared to 240hz. and its much more expensive.
