You say "art and expression will not be limited and censored," yet what you want to do with this game and games that express ideals that differ from yours, is limit and censor them to your views and what you find palatable.

You sound so stupid.

The studio is free to make the game that it wants. If you don't like it, don't purchase it. That's how the free markets operate. If enough people stop buying games they think are objectionable, studios will stop making them. But sadly for you most people don't care.

I suppose it being the fourth best selling game of 2023 (with 1-3 being multi-platform releases) really proves your point. Especially since that other woke travesty Hogwarts was #1.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the deal, but I hate depicting Spider-Man in normal shoes. He's supposed to be able to stick to the walls because he's got the tiny little hairs and barbs on his skin like a spider does. If you put Nikes on Spider-Man he should stick to his Nikes not the wall.

No one was complaining about diversity you turnip. They don't want politics and sex and gender in their Spider-Man game. They want to escape the bs not be whomped over the head with it. Your assumptions about politics or how people spend their free time is way off base and shows how small brained your thinking is. Real people in the real world reject this nonsense and they certainly don't want it in a video game.

So glad I skipped this game after reading reviews and comments lol

Favorite part is how they changed MJs face then gaslit everyone saying they're horrible people for calling it out. Everyone is tired of what the industry has been doing.

You dodged a bullet on this one I guess. I hope we can move past this period of "entertainment" I think some of it started with a good heart, like trying to make everyone feel welcome, but now we've moved so far past that. They've pushed away their main player base, all while trying to hide it, then they act like the consumer is the problem when they reflect bad art, bad writing, and forced indoctrination.

True, think there was a good intention in the beginning. They failed to recognize when it went too far. Then too far became the norm.

100%. Bad writing was a consequence of focusing on the wrong things, also carrying it out in a crude lazy way.

Diversity is more than race you rutabaga. Real people in the real world live their lives this way and want to see it in games. If you don't want sex in video games, that's fine. Maybe you should be happy they uglified MJ to prevent you from getting off to some digital pixels.

How is playing a game forced indoctrination? Perhaps is the wrong message you want forced upon people? If you don't like a message, turn it off, move on, play something else.
