Really garbage quality, tiny, doesn't look like the pictures. I couldn't build mine completely the shelves were bent so badly the metal was so soft. $35 feels like a ripoff, just avoid. "Best office" and Amazon basics way better quality, but the best is the trinity ones from costco

88lbs/shelf isn't a lot. Note also it's using the plastic clips method to secure the shelves on the posts. I've bought shelves with these before and they are a reeeal pain the the ass compared to e.g. keyhole shelving and not the most stable if you want to lift/move the shelf. So if you are going to buy this plan to keep it in one spot and store lighter items I guess.

Personally I don't think I'll ever buy another unit that uses these clips to position the shelves. It's hard to overstate how crap they are.

I have some from sams and Costco and they hold can goods all day. My presumption is it's the quality as my shelves are solid using this method, bit they aren't this brand.

I have never had an issue with the plastic clips. I have some of the Trinity units from Costco (well, an unreasonable number) holding a bunch of Magic the Gathering cards.

My collection is enormous at over a million cards. I have 5 and 4 row boxes double stacked on shelves and they are just fine. That is hundreds of pounds per shelf.

Ok so this has been shilled here many times and for the same price. I bought many of these via Walmart and returned all of them. The quality was not good and the shelves are narrow

cant you just put some adhesive/calk on the clips to keep them in place ?

Not to derail this thread but the ones at sams club have more support on the shelves. Costco downgraded the trinity ones and the center support on the shelves is essentially non existent anymore.
