Go to your email and find "Here's your $10 CashPass!"
In your JCPenney cart, select View on Today's Coupons and type your CashPass Reward Code from the email into the coupon box and click Apply
You'll then paste the Serial Number from the email into the box that pops up and checkout
Quick note: if you make any changes in cart, you'll have to remove the promo code and enter it again
