Would think that you'd need at least 2 batteries to make this workable and I see that a new 80v battery goes for $230 at BB. Wish that I was able to snag that refurb deal the other day.

Doesn't it come with 2? 1 bundled and plus the free one?

This seems better than the blower with the 4AH battery from costco if you don't need the strap and attachments.

And they both have 4 year limited warranty on the tool and battery.

The sling was a lot more useful than I thought. It's heavy and your wrist and arms get tires fast. Or maybe I just need to eat my wheaties.

This deal does come with two batteries - you can see the second (free) battery in your cart at checkout. Wink

Damn I have the less powerful 500cfm 80v and I love it. Really powerful just loud. If didn't have it I would jump on this but power won't be a concern.

Can these batteries be used on other tools like RYOBI or black and decker?

This seems like a legit deal. Alternatively, for those with a Costco membership, they have a blower with 800 CFM for $200 (in-store price) on sale.

You can modify the battery case to work in the kobalt 80v tools. Not compatible with any other brands, at least to my knowledge.

I used mine (older version) on the roof recently for leaves. It was indeed light enough to get up there easily and powerful enough to get the job done

If you plan on running this in turbo mode (750 cfm) for extended periods I doubt this is enough battery for more than 15 minutes of run time.
Def do some research!
Great deal for a very capable leaf blower though!

Costco one has a few more accessories and a 4mah vs 2x2.5 here

Also, think Costco one is newer with 800cfm.

Would this possibly work with my green works 60v batteries?
