got pw3 41mm and it had 2 days battery but returned it got pw3 45mm i am getting almost 3days battery so 2 full days and dies at night on day 3
pw3 has the best running even better then garmin . it critiques every run and even ur strides uses AI to improve ur fitness and also gives AI generated runs. this could take several months to see how u improve. this might all come to older models at some point sincethe hardware is the same apart from the display which is super bright
the ai chatbot which is rolling out slowly is really good at giving u context along with how u r doing compared to fitbit users. even fitbit watch users will be getting this but the newer models got the first access
and it didn't require hard work but u can see in real time what works and what doesnt
2month ago they removed fat burning but they replaced the name basically and the data is still there in real time
but u do need to do all out cardio for 15mins in the morning and then casual biking or walking will lead to weight loss and when ur matabolism goes down u can kick it back up since u can see this in real time
and u can see results of ur fat burning within 2-3days
