We tried the same day delivery and I didn't realize that they used Shipt. It's like other side gig service in that they don't pay the drivers a decent wage/travel costs -- and instead ask you to pay a large tip in order to compensate. While my time is valuable, I was basically adding 20% or more per delivery in a tip, which is going to make the overall cost of the membership for more than $50 over a year. I think I would only use it for emergency circumstances now. Otherwise I'll just use the free Circle drive up.

Though I did buy a target gift card using PayPal for chase 5% this quarter and then will use that gift card to purchase membership.

Is that just another $50 coupon?
1) Do you have to tip delivery drivers? If so, that's basically a delivery fee.
2) My wife and I have two separate Target accounts but we're on the same Red Card account (each have our own card but wife is primary card holder). Do we both get the same day delivery benefits?
I couldn't find answers to these on their website, but maybe I missed it.
