AFAIK the gplay is a 4G only; this is 5G. Gplay has a slightly better CPU (Snapdragon 680 vs 480); most other specs are similar.

I got this yesterday and found that it's not compatible with spectrum. Anyone had to deal with this before? What other moto phones are compatible? My 2022 stylus wa compatible

680 4G is actually slower than 480 5G it also comes in Stylus 5G 2021

They work fine on T-Mobile MVNO sims after unlock it has all the 5G Bands. I got the (2) ST Moto G Power 5G 2024 for $75

How did you check? Using their online portal with IMEI? Sometimes the portal will say it's not compatible but if the phone is unlocked and works on Verizon it should technically work on spectrum. Only thing is you'd have to go in store and speak about adding manually.

Spectrum and Xfinity have a limited set of BYOD devices that they allow; mostly iPhone / Samsung / Pixel. Even if it is Verizon compatible, they don't activate / allow. Technically - you could just put the sim in and have it work, but with their IMEI monitoring you'd get nag messages and possibly no service.

I had the same issue bought 2 seperate motora models new unlocked and couldnt activate on SPECTRUM mobile
