Picked up the 7.5 ft today. The box says lights are 400 LED multicolor or clear switchable with 1200 tips. I haven't opened it yet to see about quality or density.

I think you'll love it. Just set ours up today and for $50 I think it looks amazing. Love the lights.

Agreed. We're very happy with it and like all of the various light settings. Veterans Day discount and red card put the 7.5ft right at $40.

Anyone can find a difference between the two 7.5 feet LED trees?? One is listed for $50, while the other is $100. They both show 400 bulbs and 1200 tips. Am I missing something?

A few interesting things to denote about this tree:

The 6.5' tree has 550 tips, and the 7.5' tree has 1200 tips. The 6.5' tree is obviously going to be significantly more bare.
The 6.5' tree has a plastic stand, and the 7.'5 tree has a metal stand.
For some reason the unlit 7.5' tree weighs nearly 7lbs more than the 7.5' lit trees. I'm not sure if this was a data entry error. If it's not, then the unlit tree must have denser metal for the branches or something. The tip count and dimensions are identical, however.
You can get incandescent or LED for both the 6.5' and the 7.5' tree for the same price. Unless you specifically want the incandescent look, the LED value is a little bit better.

We got the one on sale for $75 that is unlit and put our own lights on it. Growing up my parents spent $400+ on Christmas trees and honestly I can't tell the difference.

Thank you. What a waste…incandescent trees should be outlawed in 2024!
Why outlawed? Some of the LED lot trees have a flicker which causes headaches.
I prefer LED but don't like banning things. Or outlawing them.

I bought 4. They were perfect. Very well constructed and weighted. I also showed a friend and she bought 2. I will put 2 on my porch and flock with snow and put in a festive pot. Just my 2 cents.

Once upon a time, I thought a prelit LED tree would be nice to have.

Now that I have read the horror stories of magnetic copper-coated steel wiring and power supplies that run alternating strings at 30hz instead of 60hz, I am happy to continue draping my LED lights that don't have these problems on unlit trees, once a year. It's not really that many years, after all.
