Applied code, showed $100 striked, how ever I have been charged $100 to cc.
Had chat and as per the agent

Movie pass promo code applied but it still showed up 200$ pending in my credit card statement. Something doesn't seem right

I'd avoid this, I got charged and there's pretty much no way of contacting them or cancelling. I found this and reached out: [email protected]

I thought I was creating my account, not signing up for the service. I never saw a confirmation page for the charge... Very shady indeed

I'm guessing this isn't going to work. After signing up I tried signing in on the app and the website. Both just tell me to select a membership again, and I'm not going to add my card and submit the order a second time.

Same here. Signed up on the website and no pending charge on my credit card (yet). But, when I sign into their app, I see a "Join" message and I am not able to book a movie ticket.

Can't even sign into the website. I chose sign up with Google, the screen blinked for a second and now when I try and choose login it tells me there is already an account setup and I can not go any further. I try to log in and even reset my PW but the site seems stuck in a loop.

I think its busted. If you try to login again on app or website it will ask you to setup membership again. No matter what card etc I enter it does the same thing.
