I bought the M2 15in Air 16GB/1TB in spring, obviously not know how the M3 versions would drop so low. No regrets, would have loved a 24GB/512GB version instead (cpu wont matter much). Its a great machine, just destroys office usage. Its the perfect balance of large screen but ultra portable when you not at your monitor station.

really difficult to decide if i want to bite or wait until next year for M4 airs. decisions decisions...

I was thinking the same thing.. is the 24gb worth it? Also MBP 14" with M3, 16gb/1tb storage open box for approx. $1350 is a good option

I'm still in my 90 day Costco return window. Got the 15" 8/256 for $1,049 from Costco. Should I return and get the 15" 16/256 for $50 more?

I would say it is worth it since it is 50 dollars. and 512 means not only more space, but apple use different chips that affect SSD speed as well (may not affect real time use but on bench mark).

I just checked Best Buy and my M1 256/8 13.3 would get me $350 in trade-in value. Should I get the M3? If so, which HD size? I just checked my HD usage on my M1, and I'm using 214 of 256 GB of memory. I've been using MacBooks for years and have always gotten 256 GB. Tx.
