I've bought a few Zotacs. If it works well out of the box, you're good. I had one that wouldn't overclock well. Another that overclocked better than my EVGA cards. I'd buy Zotac again. Resale is usually lower for this brand though, which doesn't matter if you plan on keeping it until it dies.

Thank you.

I noticed that the 3060 and 3070 models here are 8GB instead of the usual 12GB, for whatever that's worth.

I think 3070's were generally 8GB. 3060's were definitely 12GB for the majority of them.

Can't speak for the company as a whole, but my 1060 has lasted me a few years without any problems

That 3090 is a good value. The 2080 Ti might be interesting at that price as it has DisplayLink and can run the PSVR2 without the $60 adapter + extra DP cable.

I bought a 3060 refurbished about 1.5 years ago. It was a new pc and would randomly freeze up and shut off completely. I spent awhile trying to figure out what the issue was. When I found out it was the gpu I contacted zotac and they had me mail it back to them. They determined there was a problem with the card and sent me another one that I think was new. Only problem with the whole process was that I had to pay to ship it back and I ended up choosing a faster more expensive more secure shipping method.

They are reliable, but they are also the brand with the lowest quality build. The chip will be fine because it's made by Nvidia. But the fans and overall package will be cheaply made.

Wanted the 3070 white. Settled for the 2060 12gb. Better than no GPU

Same here. They send refurbished products, not new. Look like new though. But diagnosing is pain in the ass. I would probably not buy one this time.

I'm in the midst of building a gaming rig. What would be better for 4k gaming, the 4080 Super or the 3090?
