These aren't even the same models. The one over here is with the 120Hz OLED display and the one in your link is with the 60Hz IPS.
And if fan noise and bloatware are the things that turn you off then you might not be suitable for a laptop.

Not bad. A good screen rivaling the S14 X. More expensive and has a better processor.

It seems like a great deal to me, but I don't think you want this if you want a gaming laptop (no discrete graphics).

Details read "Display Screen Technology: In-plane Switching (IPS) Technology"
Can anyone confirm this is an error?

I think it must be a typo, same model number as listed here https://www.acer.com/us-en/laptop....KP0AA.002 which has a OLED screen

It's a typo. It's OLED according to the original spec sheet from Acer as the user above has linked in his comment.

There are plenty of laptops that aren't reviewed as having excessively loud and aggressive fans. The review is the same laptop with a different screen, so it's possible the issue is different with the OLED model but unlikely. Battery life is also mediocre and that may be better or worse with OLED depending on usage but probably just a reality of the slim design with the powerful processor.

This review is of this exact same model. His Amazon affiliate links to this model as well. Answers many questions in this thread.

When these processors came out, i've seen reviews that they could last 20 hours. Did something change?

The battery powers more than just the CPU. Looking at the PC Mag review, you can toggle the battery life results with the screen brightness results for several laptops and they are basically an inverse relationship.

Also CPUs usually list a range of power requirements and then laptop makers choose whether to provide more power for a performance machine or less power for an ultraportable. If you're somewhat tech savvy you can select a cooling/performance profile that suits your needs using software, but it's easier to reduce the power on a performance laptop than it is to increase the power available on an ultraportable.

From a review of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU (Not specifically this laptop):
"This mighty Core Ultra 7 series processor has a Base power consumption of 28 W, while its Turbo power consumption is not supposed to exceed 115 W. Its Base power consumption is supposed to be around 64 W, however, most laptop makers will probably go for a higher value to get higher clock speeds and thus better performance. Either way, a powerful cooling solution will be needed to sort out this chip's hot temper."
