Don't listen to people about drying times. You can run these overnight which you really shouldn't do with a regular electric dryer. They are gentler on clothes as well.

This unit is currently $1,300 at Costco. I'm strongly considering purchasing it, but the reviews are all over the place. Any owners care to chime in with your experience?

Look up Yale Appliances… they rate LG and GE all in ones highly

LOL, fake news, I have both the LG and the GE Ultrafast (different floors), total towel load is the same as separates and you can move on with life without waiting to transfer. So much fake news on these units.

For those considering both, the LG by far has the easier to maintain lint design. One screw the plate the blocks the condenser coil comes off and you can use a tooth brush to gently remove lint from the condenser. The GE filter design is really narrow and more of a hassle to vaccum and scrub the coils off. They both operate about the same load time, but who cares, i throw it in and its clean and dry and I lived my life. I run 2 loads a day on average on the GE with a family of 4, thats how much I run it.

The LG is for my parents, I i think they run 6 loads/week and we throw in other loads we need running 2 at once. Our house runs crazy amounts of laundry.

Why would anyone go back to separates after experiencing this is dumb, its like having one machine to clean dishes and one machine to dry dishes, aint no one would tolerate that.

Excellent deal. Yes washer & dryer combo is the future, and this should have happened five years ago.
Personally, I will prefer Samsung combo, which has better reviews than LG & GE from most users.

I really considered one of these last year, but I ended up buying a complete set of washer + dryer WM6700 I think is the name, they are the 5.0 smart washer/dryer. and I have zero regrets. washer is done in like 20-25 minutes often, and dryer is done in same or less.

too many comments saying, dont buy the 2 in 1 yet, they aren't ready. clothes have never been cleaner, auto dispenser soap and detergent is just the chef's kiss on it.

amazing.

I think we may see better deals going into December, but this one with the $200 gift card, it might be hard to beat. I live further away, so $139 delevery here.

I have this unit from a prior SD. It worked amazing for 6 months. I would rave about it with friends. I have had nothing but issues since! It leaks from the detergent dispenser, randomly shorts out the breaker and will take 6 hours to dry a normal load. I have had the repair technician out 4 times now. The parts are on backorder and he is unsure if they will even fix the issues. Because it's so new, they don't really know how to fix or address the problems. I am now fighting with LG for a replacement or credit. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone with them over the last month. It's just my experience but, I would avoid this unit at all costs!

Am I crazy or wouldn't this hurt total efficiency? Drying takes way longer than washing. I can wash another load by the time the first is done drying with separate washer and dryer. I suppose if you always forget to move the clothes to the dryer this would be a moot point.

Was also looking at Costco but the wife wants the pedestal and they don't sell the combo apparently. I ended up snagging this BB one because they sell the pedestal and will be able to install them together. Total was $1778 for unit, matching pedestal (normally $300 but they knock $250 off if you buy the combo !), hoses, delivery and installation, haul away and tax PLUS the $200 GC so really $1578 after all. Ends up being cheaper than Costco IF you want the ped.

I see the gift card removed when I add the pedestal and get $250 off, do you see the $200 GC in your order once you checked out?

Good question. I actually called BB to ask about installing the pedestal and the rep offered to put together an invoice for me. It matched what was online and included the GC. So maybe give them a call just to be sure.
