Edit : Looks like it's 2 twilight masquerade, 2 temporal forces and 2 paradox rift. I was hoping it was all TWM, I'd say this is a lukewarm deal since paradox rift is regularly on sale and temporal forces is one of the least desirable sets out right now. Still I wouldn't shy away from either set if you're not a hardcore collector each set has their own unique hits. I personally like paradox rift.

These can be commonly had on sale for $2.99 for single packs.
Wait for something better.
Edit: Apparently it's 2x of Twilight Masquerade, 2x Temporal Forces, and 2x Paradox Rift. That's like $18 in packs?
Original: Surely you don't mean for the Twilight Masquerade packs. Looking at TCG Player, Twilight is $156 for 36 packs ($4.30/pack). Maybe you're thinking of Scarlet & Violet Base is $103 for 36 packs ($2.90/pack). But those don't any Teras or Ace Spec cards.
Looks like it's twilight masquerade packs! Thanks OP in for 2
It's 2 TWM, 2 TEF and 2 PAR packs. Desirability of those varies. 151 packs are the hottest thing right now and will be until the new Eevee set in January.
The sleeves in this set have pokeballs on them.
As a couple of people have said it's a pretty lukewarm deal if you buy packs during bogo deals or other sales at various online game shops such as gamenerdz.
If you don't follow the scene and just quickly want to buy something at an okay price point for kids happiness then this is fine but not really a FP deal.

Thanks for the insight, dang I thought it was all TWM. Those other sets are decent too with paradox rift one of the cheaper sets. Will edit my comment so people don't get misled

TWM is a touch higher in price right now, but the others have been on sale multiple times for three bucks. Still not great for a black friday bundle price.
TWM will drop soon with SSP just having been released and the eeveelution v2 set coming in January, no one is going to want the recent 2-4 expansions.
