Note that for some reason only the black version does 30W in (30W out). The other colors (i.e. this one) only do 18W in (30W out). Confirmed myself with multiple orders thinking it was an issue. But it's consistent for multiple versions I got.

Be sure to test it as soon you get one. Quality isn't consistent. I persevered because the form factor, display, and charging speeds are excellent for the price when they are on sale.

What does "in" mean in this context? Is that referring to the wattage it takes in when charging this anker power bank?

30W recharge/USB-C IN (20V*1.5A) which is really good for a battery this size. it's becoming more common now on more premium options but 18W/20W USB-C IN is more common.
