Spin lock dumbbells are a pain to change the weights on. Get an adjustable set if you can afford it, it's worth it.

This was my first dumbbell set... But you will need at least 30 and 30lbs... From Amazon... I have 50-50.
Spin lock is not an issue...for me... You won't believe the gains i did with these training everyday at my garage... I get compliments and stuff...

Agreed. The time it takes to adjust these ones limits the workout. That one is able to do.... Very much worth it to get adjustable dumbbells like power block

I've never considered spin lock dumbbells to be difficult or time consuming to use. It might just be a skill issue.
