Given the Fed 30% rebate is only meant for new batteries, and even if you do apply for it with this or the same item new, you're only saving ~$200. For a ~$4k item I'm not buying used versus new just to save 5% given the risks involved, that's not enough of a saving to justify the downsides and risk.
