The Hershey Gaming Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia or U.S. territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes registration.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one prize per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Plus, the first 100,000 registrants will receive 100 My Nintendo™ Platinum Points* via email, while supplies last, pending verification!
FIVE HUNDRED (500) GRAND PRIZES: A Nintendo Switch -- OLED Model system and two (2) Nintendo Switch games as determined by Sponsor (games will be fulfilled via digital code) ("Grand Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $469.97.
THREE HUNDRED (300) FIRST PRIZES: Two (2) Nintendo Switch games as determined by Sponsor (two (2) game codes delivered digitally) ("First Prize"). ARV of each First Prize: $119.98.
