I believe the Dyson one explicitly advertises the HEPA filter. The Walmart one does not. The Dyson one also says it's exclusively sold at Dyson, which seems to be the case for the ones with the HEPA filter included. This has been true for their other models when you compare it between the Dyson exclusive and other stores.

Good price I was lucky enough to get it for $10 less from Home Depot about 8 months ago excellent vacuum good suction and battery life, only downside is the hopper holds little less dust you'll have to empty it out more often.
I recommended it at this price.
( I was able to buy a knockoff adapter from Amazon for most of my old V6 tools )

The Walmart one is sold by dyson, fulfilled by Walmart. I expect them to be the same...

Like another comment mention being fulfilled by walmart another difference walmart has 90 days return, dyson 30 days.
I think they're the same; bought this one here from Walmart, and it shipped from Dyson (received an email from Dyson about the shipment status). Also, this thing really rocks, especially on hard wood floors with the fluffy attachment and the laser. Super impressed so far!

Deal seems solid. All I'll say is Dyson has the worst customer service you can imagine. It's damn near impossible to return something and get your money back without filling a dispute with your CC company. Only buy this if you are 1000% sure you want this
