I think it's a fair deal if you need the 4070, 1tb SSD + 32GB ram; not great if you consider taxes which will add another $100 to the total for ~$1500.
I am personally waiting for one with 4060 to drop to + - $1000 for black friday / cyber monday with the help of some coupons
