I got 30 for 24 months for 300 down when signing up service at our new place. Unpredictable drops and latency issues are my biggest complaints but price-wise, I feel we have a good deal.

I would totally do this BUT I have T-Mobile home internet and it is awesome. Fast as hell, and it is just one unit you plug in and it diffuses WiFi throughout the house. Would switching to xfinity require a technician to reconnect cables?

Ends up being $40/month for 12 months of Gig Internet + (1) Unlimited Mobile line if you BYOD from another carrier and after GCs.

$65 Gig Internet + $40 Unlimited Mobile line - $40 combo discount = $65
$65 - (($200 Amazon Internet GC + $100 Mobile BYOD Mastercard GC) / 12) = $40

Plus there are extra incentives to buy out your device payment plans. If you were to BYOD from a post-paid carrier with a DPP, you can get (up to) an extra $200 Mastercard GC on top.

That would bring it down to $23 a month for Gig Internet AND Unlimited Mobile

It's about time Xfinity started ramping up the good deals again.

Can you explain how to get giftcards when BYOD? Or this deal is $35 with for internet and mobile line included is better without any giftcards?

So essentially you are still paying $65 for phone and gig internet. I would never value unlimited phone at $40 because there are ways to get it cheaper. But with the gift cards it seems like a good deal.

Does this deal include equipment?

It's automatic for the $100 BYOD GC, but you do have to port from another carrier....Google Voice is an option if you don't already have a portable number. The $200 GC to pay off an existing device payment plan requires filling out a form and sending proof. It's a new thing so I'm not familiar with the process.

The $35 deal I think is something they ran all year (maybe on and off) and is nothing special...so it was kind of a joke to call it a Black Friday special. The Amazon gift card deal is what the Black Friday special should have been. Comparing the two, it boils down to if you want to pay $13/month to go from 300 to 1000Mbps service after factoring in the Amazon gift card. See reply below if you need to rent the modem or need unlimited Internet data (if yes, then definitely go with Gig Internet).

Possibly region dependent, mine shows no equipment and $25/month upcharge for unlimited Internet data for the 300Mbps plan while Gig Internet includes equipment and $10 upcharge for unlimited Internet data.

The offer is valid till 12/22 now. Wondering if they will extend it for one more month.
Anyone know if I can place the order but activate the service (both home internet and wireless line) at a later date?

Also, do they need credit check?

The problem is that when you go to Xfinity Mobile, it was still using your old account which was deactivated. You need to be on Xfinity.com, click on account on top right, click on Account and identity, go to Xfinity ID and security, click on Manage and link accounts, and ensure that your new account number is the default account, otherwise make it default. If you want to look at old billing info, the just use "switch accounts" option in account on top right to temporary switch accounts.
My Xfinity android app just shows account access not authorized when I pick either old or new account. I cleared the cache on my laptop and was semi able to get in, and see the new 300MBps plan, but a lot of the account info either doesn't show or errors out, and shows my plan as $99/month for 300Mbps. It shows that I have a XFi gateway(own my own modem), but doesn't let me move forward with changing that setting. Xfinity Mobile site keeps saying that I am not a customer. I may just have to go into the store and sort this out when I return the Flex device. The new account is already setup as default and my old account still isn't shown as inactive. Perhaps it won't be until end of billing period or when I return my device?

I was gong to get it for my secondary line and is very enticing but decided to not get it. Reason: two mandated fees -- Universal Connectivity Fee (UCC) - $3.99 and Regulatory Recover Fee - $3.13. On top they have taxes.

Yeah, initially Xfinity app didnt work well for me either. If you see things well in desktop browser then you are good.

Just a note on xfinitry practices... They told my dad that he could switch to the 1gig internet and the unlimited 1 line mobile for something like $60/mo. Then in reality they were charging wayyyyy more. Like $140 or something. And would never agree that it should be lrss and had to jump through hoops to get out of it and be allowed to return a phone.

May be you had this problem: https://slickdeals.net/f/17884719-xfinity-black-friday-sale-300-mbps-home-internet-1-line-unlimited-mobile-plan-35-mo-for-1-year-w-autopay-paperless-billing?p=174518841#post174518841I can see even old account numbers on my account. As long as you have right account number when you talk to reps, then they should not bother you about address on old account.
I couldn't activate and my Xfinity Mobile account never actually got opened despite getting initial email confirmations that it did. My internet was working with new account active, but I went into the store to fix it, the old account suddenly was active again and the new one not. They ended up closing the old one, and removing it completely from my login, reopening the new one with the in-store virtual assistant, and then having a person sign me up for the mobile line and add the promos manually. Prior to this, the website was breaking and I couldn't load the activation process.

For Xfinity internet only deals, every time I've signed up for a new contract the price stated at checkout is exactly what I was billed every month for that period. However this deal includes mobile service which I could see adding extra monthly fees they don't tell you about. Can anyone confirm how much more extra in fees they were charged after signing up?

Right now I have 300mbps Xfinity internet only and my $39/month promo ends next month, my Mint mobile plan expires in a few days. So I'm seriously considering canceling my current Xfinity internet and porting my Mint number to sign up for this deal. I'm undecided however as if I ever port out my number during the 1 year contract, they'll raise the price of the internet plan.
I'm in the same boat. Also deciding
