I had the X15 some years ago, but found out too late that it and several other EVGA mice were notorious for a design flaw in the scroll wheel that would cause it to eventually break loose and just roll freely. I'd gotten it on sale so RMAing it would have been more expensive that it was in the first place. I've read that there are ways of fixing it, but they involve taking it apart and doing your own soldering.

These mice are pretty trash. They have a high msrp so when evga bundles them in with their other hardware, it looks attractive, but their actual worth is probably around $10.

I tried to return them and they didn't want it back. I ended up selling 2 new ones (one I opened to test and it was just really bad, too big to game with).

I have 4 of these. Only paid $12 or less. I like having the same model everywhere I work. For this price, it's good if you want the functionality. Sure you might find another pos that doesn't break as fast, but what do you want.

Had this mouse and the scroll wheel broke within a few months. They are garbage and you can look at Amazon reviews to see many that had the same experience. Maybe worth $10 if you don't mind taking the risk but the hassle of the mouse going out on you is not worth it imo.

My experience was that after a few months sometimes the mouse would scroll down when you are actually scrolling up and vs versa. Deadly if you are trying to FPS with it.

I have the X12. I got it for not too much money. It's a solid mouse, a little on the bigger side maybe, but works fine. No issues yet.
