Not sure if lowest price, but it's been this price for about a week now.

Aside from that, this game is really good. Fantastic story, plays like Devil May Cry because one of the devs previously worked on the DMC series. Give it a shot or download the demo first if you can't decide.

Do the cut scenes ever let up? I'm not very far along but I've spent more time watching cutscenes than actually playing anything. So far, I hate it.

I think that's part of the charm, the cut scenes are done real well. It does let up and you'll be engaged in roaming and combat with a destination in mind.
