Another few things to consider when getting an Olympic style barbell:
Diameter - You might prefer the feel of a wider or thinner bar. (This can also be a major factor in the amount of bend)
Bend - For Olympic lifts, some bend is preferred. For deadlifting, people usually want a stiff bar that bends as little as possible.
Knurling aggressiveness - Preferences differ in how rough they like knurling on bars.
Knurling location - The middle of some bars are smooth, while others have knurling. This knurling provides more grip on something like squats. But it also can rough on your skin for things like cleans. There's also the detail for where and how many gaps there are in the knurling around where your hands go for bench press.
All that being said, one last piece of advice. If you've got the space for multiple bars, it can be helpful to get a cheap bar from a deal to get you going. And then get a second, nicer bar later if you'd like. That might also give you time to learn some of your preferences, and get a 2nd bar that better fits your style. Sometimes it can be really helpful to have a 2nd bar, depending on your workout or if you are working out with someone else.

Specifically, all BalanceFrom or Hulkfit.
You should still be able to pick up the cast iron deal.

Example using a 45 lb plate (varies according to company):
Bumper plate width: 2.4 inches
Metal plate width: 1.2 inches
Barbell sleeve length: 16.4 inches
Therefore, your barbell will fit 5-6 of the 45-lb bumper plates with a collar secured onto one of the ends. If you use metal, you can see you can fit double the number of plates.
I will never put more than 3 of those plates onto one side, so bumpers win for me because they are quieter and don't damage things as much when dropped.
Note: I have the BalanceFrom and other more expensive bumper plates. They both off-gassed heavily for a month and filled my entire house with chemically smells. I don't notice that anymore unless I get right up close. Maybe leave them out for a week before brining them in; away from the elements of course.
UV will degrade the rubber and rain will corrode the collars. Metal plates won't have this nauseous smell.
Buy now, and if you find a better deal for BF, then just return them.
How much if I deleted everything, and only kept the pair of 45's. That's all I need.
