CL36 at 6400mhz isn't "shitty". It will be more than adequate for 99% of users.

I would, the X870 board would have slightly better features than the B650, such as Wifi 7, 1 more usb port, 4 Nvme slots vs 3, and i believe these newer boards have AI overclocking as well. Please correct me if im mistaken.

X870e basically gives you a couple more years of future proofing
