For purchases made in our Staples Stores, by phone, or on Staples.com, any electronic or furniture products, which usually fall within the 14–day return policy, purchased between November 17, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned until January 11, 2025 or as regular policy allows, whichever is later.
This applies to all electronic and furniture products within Staples' regularly posted 14–day return policies. All electronic and furniture purchases made on or after December 25, 2024 will observe our existing return policies. Returns made using a gift receipt must follow our return policy and are limited to an in–store credit only. The receipt barcode must be intact and readable to process a return.
