Kohl's also has a 90 day warranty on these I think, I almost returned it instead since it's still within the time period but decided to just have them replace it instead. It's really nice to use, when it's working -- it can handle a few ice cubes and some fruit just fine. I never use the infuser, but I guess it'd be nice to put some cucumbers and mint or whatever in if I used it for working out. It's a little heavy for that though.
