18" and 24" base models are available at Home Depot for $669 - $799 and several rebate sites and coupons that can be purchased to drop this by 10% or more. With 50% of the country out of grilling season these should continue to drop.
Also, I've ordered 3 of these shipped to my home starting in June this year. All 3 arrived broken, 1 was completely shattered. I suggest shipping it to store vs. home and heavily inspecting it prior to taking it home. I'm not convinced that these can be effectively shipped across the country reliably.

Mine leaks all over the place, wiggles and nothing aligns. The inner "bowl" cracked in less than 20 cooks, and broke into 2 pieces in another 10. Cheap junk!
