I am realizing that this model (600 series) has been discontinued by KitchenAid and replaced with the larger 7qt model.
Does anyone have experience with this model that can comment on the ability to handle bread making?

Note: afaik KPA is an older version and replaced with the KSM. Do your own due diligence, FYI, mine is KSM.
