Second, I think you are confusing cruise line ranks...princess and RCL are BELOW NCL. Celebrity is a click above, depending on ship. Before stepping into the crystal/regiant/seaborne level.
So if you are able to get NCL for the price of cruise lines that are crappier than it....that would make it a deal. High quality for same cost.
Always buy the mid tier (celebrity and below) from Costco, they will price match the cruise line websites and then you get Costco cash on top of it.
