Still a very high price for a 4080. This is 4090 price territory for other brands and this only comes with IPS instead of OLED or mLED. I think people should pass on this. If this the laptop you want then it's a good price for it, but definitely not the best use of your money.

Waiting for an good deal on a 18" laptop. My old alienware M18xR2 (cost me over $4,500) is on its last leg. It is only 10-12 years old, but can not find a battery anywhere for it. It has to stay plugged in at all times, so time for a newer model. Not into gaming but need the workstation power. I can still find batteries for my mx17 but I gave up looking for a battery on the mx18r2. Been looking for 4 or 5 years, found 1 but they wanted like $600 for a battery.
