Add this couple years ago it had so many issues that broke down. It took them time to come fix it eventually had to file dispute. I eventually returned. It was a mess. He does a great massage. Incredible chair, but the quality sucks. Doesn't even last a couple months before you get issues at least for me.

How long did it take for the 2 of them to assemble it? Trying to determine if white glove service is necessary

Assembly literally take two minutes , it come with two pieces, the big chair and the foot piece , they connect two cables that's all.
